Ticketmaster & Gopuff Voucher Competition - Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the VELO x Go Puff Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) (the “Terms”).
1. The Promoter of this Promotion is British American Tobacco (UK) Limited, Building 7, Chiswick Business Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, England, W4 5YG (“BAT”). By entering this Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Promotion is only open to entries from (i) UK based residents only (excluding Norther Ireland) ; (ii) who are aged 18 and over; and (iii) current nicotine users.
3. The following are not eligible to participate:
i. employees of BAT or of any British American Tobacco plc group company; or
ii. employees or any other persons involved or assisting with this Prize Draw or otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration (including but not limited to, any person responsible for redemption of prizes or for supplying prizes for the Promotion).
4. The Promotion for the VELO x Go Puff Prize Draw opens at 09:00 on 18th May 2026 and closes at 17:00 on 22nd June 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”). For the VELO x Go Puff Prize Draw , there will be one (1) prize draw which will take place on 24th June 2026 and one (1) winner and five (5) runners up will be selected in accordance with the process described in paragraph 11 (the "Prize Draw”).
5. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must:
i. Input your name, telephone number, Go Puff ID (optional) , date of birth and email associated with your Go Puff account into the form on the velo.com Velo x Go Puff Prize Draw landing page found at https://www.velo.com/gb/en/ticketmaster-gopuff-voucher-competition
6. The Prize Draw is limited to one (1) entry per person and no purchase is necessary.
7. BAT reserves the right to validate any claim and may ask for proof of identity and/or age at any point. BAT accepts no liability for any delays to or prevention of an entrant from participating in the Promotion by exercising its right to validate the identity and/or address and/or age of an entrant.
8. All entries must be made directly by the person entering a relevant Prize Draw. Entries made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified. BAT is not responsible for changes in entrants' Instagram account name after entering a Prize Draw.
9. For the Prize Draw there will be five (5) prizes. One (1) winner selected in accordance with the process described in paragraph 11 will receive a £500.00 Ticketmaster Voucher and five (5) runners-up will each receive a £100 Go Puff Voucher (the “Prizes”).
a. The Prizes exclude:
(a) Spending money;
(b) Expense for food and drink;
(c) Cost of flights or trains to or from any destination;
(d) Tax or personal expenses; and
(e) Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and any costs that are incidental to the Prizes.
10. There is no cash alternative, and the Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. BAT reserves the right to replace any part or all of the Prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond BAT’s control makes it necessary to do so.
11. Entries for the Prize Draw must be received by no later than the end of the Prize Draw Period. Entries made outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted. One (1) winner and five (5) runners-up will be selected at random from all valid entries received by 22nd June 2026 (the “Selected Entrants”). The first entry drawn at random will be the winner and the subsequent four entries drawn at random will be the Runners-Up. The draw will be conducted from all valid entries via a computer programme producing a verifiably random draw.
12.The Selected Entrants will be notified by the 24.06.2026, via email from info.gb@velo.com for the prize allocated to the winner or Go PuffEntrants who have entered the Prize Draw and have not won a Prize will not be notified. Please note that the contact details of the runners up will be shared with GoPuff so that the prizes can be distributed.
13. In order to redeem the Prizes the Selected Entrants will need to respond to the email sent by BAT and the winning Prize will be sent via e-voucher format to the Selected Entrant’s nominated email address for the winning prize and for five (5) runner up prizes credit will be added to the Go Puff account associated with the entrant’s email. The Selected Entrants will be allowed 72 hours from the day the email is sent to respond and provide the requested information. Please check your email including spam folder carefully to ensure that you do not miss a message from info.gb@velo.com or Go Puff.
14. If the any of the Selected Entrants do not provide the required information to BAT within 72 hours of the day the email is sent then that Selected Entrant shall forfeit their Prize and BAT shall be entitled to award the Prize to an alternative entrant in accordance with the process described in paragraph 11 to 13 above.
15. BAT reserves the right to review, edit, alter or remove any entry in its sole discretion, which does not comply with these Terms or which it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms.
16. BAT reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, or if, in its reasonable opinion, it considers that there is a significant risk that the entrant may bring the BAT or any other British American Tobacco plc group company brand into disrepute.
17. BAT reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend each Prize Draw or the Promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so. BAT shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
18. No responsibility will be accepted by BAT for incomplete, invalid or illegible entries and these will be declared void in the sole discretion of BAT.
19. The Promotion is not endorsed, sponsored, or associated with any of the brands or companies related to the Prizes.
20. BAT will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection or other charges incurred in entering the Prize Draw or in a Selected Entrant using or enjoying a Prize. If using a computer or any other device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant, the entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before entering.
21. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Selected Entrants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
22. Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed for the purposes of implementing this Promotion as set out in https://www.velo.com/gb/en/privacy-policy. Please also see paragraph 24 in relation to BAT’s obligations with regards to the announcement of Selected Entrants.
23. Any enquiries about personal information held by BAT, including any request for deletion of personal data, may be made by contacting info.gb@velo.com to obtain the contact name and address to which to send an envelope marked "Data Protection Request".
24. BAT must either make available information that indicates that a valid award under this Promotion took place and so BAT will send the surname and county of all of the Selected Entrants of this Promotion to anyone who contacts BAT using the details in paragraph 25 requesting such information within one month of the date of the Prize Draw.
25. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being made available, please contact BAT via info.gb@velo.com In such circumstances though BAT must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
26. These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
